We are pleased to announce that since 2018 to the offer of KAISAI brand will be introduced air conditioners Split type with refrigerant R32. This action is in line with the company’s vision of an environmentally friendly brand, while meeting directives related to its protection and following global trends.

The new R32 refrigerant has a much lower global warming potential, and higher energy efficiency compared to currently used refrigerants (mainly R410A). In addition, it is characterized by low flammability and low toxicity, and its working pressures are similar to currently used R410A refrigerant. Its further advantage is that it can be recharged both in the gas and liquid state. What’s more, due to compliance with European legislative requirements, it is a suitable successor to currently used refrigerants.

The most important documents regarding air conditioning requirements for the environment are the European Union F-Gas Regulation No. 517/2014 of 16 April 2014 and the 15 May 2015 Law on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer and Some Greenhouse Gases (Journal of Laws of 2015 r., item 881). HVACR equipment suppliers follow these guidelines in the coming years they will be introducing air conditioners with the new refrigerant, which will probably be R32.

The offer of KAISAI brand in 2018 will also include air conditioners with the current refrigerant, so that our customers have the opportunity to gradually switch to green solutions. On the other hand, installers should be aware that most of the tools used for existing installations can also be used for refrigerant R32.
