2. Your personal data will be processed in order to perform the contract – on the basis of the Article 6(1)(a) 1(b) – “Contract Performance” and 1(f) – “Legally Justified Interest of the Controller” of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);

3. Pursuing and defending claims and frauds prevention constitute a legitimate interest in the processing of personal data in order to perform the contract;

4. Only entities entitled to obtain and process your personal data on the basis of the legal regulations will receive these data;

5. Your personal data will be stored for the period of 10 years after termination the processing activities based on the agreement concluded for the purpose of analysis and business planning;

6. You have right to access your personal data to rectify, erase or restrict the processing, right to transfer your data and right to object the processing;

7. You have right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;

8. Although providing your personal data is voluntary, refusal to provide it may result in a refusal to conclude an agreement.
